- 5Thick pork Chops in 3/4 inch
- 3 Tart Apples-Cored, peeled and sliced
- 1 tspGround nutmeg
- For Tastepepper and Salt
- 3 tbspUnsalted butter
- 1 tspGround cinnamon
- 3 tbspBrown sugarl
- 2 tspVegetable oil
- 3 1/2 tbspPecans
Step 1Take the flour and mix it with a little ghee. Heat the sugar in water till it reaches ball consistency.
Step 2Add the flour slowly stirring continuously to avoid lumps formation. When it becomes well blended, pour in slowly and absolutely in a hot ghee with continuous stirring.
Step 3Cook the mixture till it becomes frothy and the ghee seperates. Take it out on a greased plate.
Step 4When it becomes firm, cut the mysore pak into squares.
