Mix all the ingredients in a proper manner. Place a pan and heat 1/2 tsp of oil. Add mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds. Add curry leaves and fry it in the same pan. After a few minutes, switch off the gas. Mix this with the hung curd mix. Serving Take a slice of bread and neatly spread some coconut mix onto the bread. Cover with the other bread slice. Repeat the same with another bread slice. Heat a non stick pan, put little oil/butter on it and cook the sandwiches on both sides till it gets crisp. If wanted, lastly you can cut into rectangular shapes or you can serve in a normal way without cutting the slice. Tomato sauce may add taste to the sandwich.
