Add the paneer, chaat masala and garam masala, and mix it well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into flat kebabs. Roll the kebabs in the bread crumbs. Hara Bhara Kabab is a healthy and delicious India vegetarian snacks made with spices This Kabab is crispy outside and soft inside. Hara Bhara Kababs are absolutely delicious and looks like cutlets.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbspchana dal (split Bengal gram)
  • 12 mm. (½")piece of ginger (adrak)
  • 2cloves of garlic (lehsun), grated
  • 2green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupspinach (palak), blanched, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cupboiled green peas
