Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRice flour
  • 1/2 cupAll Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 cupGram flour (besan)
  • 3/4 cupDesiccated Coconut Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonAsafoetida (hing)
  • 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
  • 1/4 cupButter, or ghee
