Add ghee and stir continuously until atta is light brown and have sweet aroma of roasting. Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl and add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it nicely. Take about 2 tablespoons of atta mixture in your palm and gently press the mixture between your palms to form a smooth, round ball and place it on a plate and store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want to. Atta Whole Wheat Ladoo Recipe

Atta Ladoo is one of the most wholesome and delicious sweet that you could easily make at home, This Ladoo also makes an excellent snack for adults and school going children. It is a simple recipe but the texture and taste is amazing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour (roti ka atta)
  • 1/2 cupghee, clarified butter
  • 1 cupsugar fine
  • 1/3 cuproughly crushed almonds
  • 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder

Directions

  • Dry roast atta, on a low medium flame for 6-7 min or until lightly brown in color and add almond and roast it for 3 minutes and stir continuously.
