Add ginger and garlic paste, mix it well and saute till the mixture becomes dry. Add pepper powder, chili powder and turmeric powder, mix it well and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and salt, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. Add paneer and saute for a minute and add capsicum, mix it well and add cumin seeds powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and clove powder, mix it well and saute for 2 minutes. Add grated cheese to the paneer mixture and stir it carefully and remove from flame and keep it aside to cool. Take a slice of bread put the prepared chili paneer evenly between the slice and place another slice of bread on top. Put in grill toaster and grill till the sandwich is golden brown in color.
