Heat ghee in a non-stick kadhai, add cumin seeds, clove, cinnamon, and cardamom, and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add green peas and carrot and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds. Add 1 cup of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Add vermicelli and mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes and stir occasionally. The exciting noodle- like an appearance of vermicelli is a hot favorite of kid’s. This pulao contain lots of veggies which very good for health. It is easy and quick to make on a busy morning and stay fresh in the tiffin box. Let’s follow this recipe.  

Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina vermicelli
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 1/2 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
