For the filling Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and allow the seeds to crackle. Add ginger- chili paste, chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder and salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and remove the flame and keep aside to cool. How to proceed Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. (3") diameter. Place one portion of the filling in the center of the dough circle. Bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly and roll out again into a circle of 125 mm. (5") diameter with the help of a little flour. Cook the paratha on a non-stick pan and brush a little oil on the paratha and cook until both sides are golden brown in color. Serve hot with the pickle. Stuffed Soya Paratha is an easy paratha recipe. This paratha is a very popular Indian Flat Bread and is one of the most popular breakfast in India. Serve this paratha with a cup of thick curd or with any pickle of your choice. Let’s follow this easy and tasty recipe.  

Ingredients

For the dough

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehu ka atta)
  • 1/2 cupsoya flour
  • 1 tspgrated garlic
  • To tasteSalt

For the filling

  • 1 cupboiled and mashed green peas
