De-seed the tomatoes and capsicums and cut them into 2" long slices with 1/4" width and keep it aside. Cut the onions into thick slices and separate the layers and keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add red chilies and saute for 10 seconds. Add ginger julienne, green chilies, and onions and saute for 1 minute. Add red chili powder, and turmeric powder, mix it well and add capsicum pieces and cook for two to three minutes. Add paneer and toss it gently and add salt and vinegar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Ingredients

  • 400 gmPaneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 Medium sizedtomatoes
  • 2 Medium sizedcapsicums
  • 2 Medium sizedonions
  • 1 tspGinger juliennes
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds (jeera)
