Ingredients

  • 3 cupsboiled Hakka noodles
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspchili oil
  • 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cupblanched carrot, cut diagonally
  • 1/2 cupblanched french beans, cut diagonally
  • 1/2 cupbean sprouts
  • 5 tbspschezwan sauce( easily available in the market)

Directions
