Grind them in a blender until thick and smooth and pour this mango puree into the serving bowl and put this bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Decorate with dry fruits or mint leaves and you can garnish few rose petals. The Method for making Puris In a bowl add flour, oil, salt, and water and knead into a dough and if it’s too dry add little water and if it is too thin please add more flour and knead for at least 15 min and divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll each ball with a roller into round shape with a thick base and take a cutter or a small steel bowl. Place these bowls into the flatten dough and put some pressure on the bowls and now place these round puris on a paper napkin. Take a frying pan add oil into it and keep on low flame and once the oil is hot gently add puris and deep fry them from both sides until light golden brown. While frying Puris give some pressure with the back of the spoon so it fries evenly and also becomes little fluffy. Place these fried Puris on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil from them. Ingredients

For Aamras
