In a bowl add cauliflower florets and the curd mixture and mix it gently and cover with a lid and keep it aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 1 more minute. Add the marinated cauliflower and a little salt, mix it well and cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes and stir occasionally.   • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)

  • 1/2 cupsliced capsicum

  • 1 cupcurd (dahi)
