Add the onions and fry them till they are translucent. Add the washed rice and fry for some time and mix thoroughly. Add the blended green masala and stir thoroughly and add the prawns and mix again. Add the water and salt and mix it thoroughly once and close the lid. When the water starts boiling and cook for 20 minutes on a low flame or till all the water gets evaporated. Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupsboiled jackfruit
  • 1 cupfried potato cubes
  • 1 tbspchopped onions
  • 1 tspchopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tspchopped ginger (adrak)
  • a pinchturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 cupcornflour

Directions

For Green Masala
