After 5 hours add cornflour, egg, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 1 tsp oil and mix it well and rest for 1 hour. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until it gets lightly brown in color and keep it aside. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil, then add chopped garlic, and green chilies, saute for a minute. Add chopped mint leaves, curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and saute for 1 minute. Add curd and mix it until almost the curd disappears. Add soya sauce,ajinomoto, and fried chicken stripes. Toss them until all the masala gets well to coat with chicken strips and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lime juice. Serve it hot. Ingredients
