Add cornflour and sauce mixture and mix it well over a high flame till the sauce coats well with the baby corn. Add capsicum and add salt and pepper and toss it well. Serve it hot. Stir-fry Baby Corn is one of my favorite Indo-Chinese recipes. This dish is crispy, crunchy, and a dry version of baby corn. Excellent as a starter or as a snack. Today let us learn how to make Stir-fry Baby Corn following this easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm(2 packets) baby corn, sliced into 2 lengthwise
  • 1green chili, finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 tspfinely chopped ginger
  • 1-1/2 tspfinely chopped garlic
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 2 tsptomato chili sauce
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • a fewred and green capsicum slices
  • 1 tspoil
  • saltand black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

Directions
