Divide the dough into equal portions and keep it aside. For the stuffing Heat ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds and fry till they crackle. Add the green chili and cook for 1 minute and add mashed peas and salt and mix it well. Cool completely and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. (3") diameter by dusting some flour. Place one portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle and bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly. Roll out again into a circle of 150 mm. (6") in diameter by dusting some flour. Heat a non-stick pan and brush a little oil and cook the paratha, until both sides are golden brown in color. Serve hot it hot with a mixed vegetable pickle.
