  • 1 tsplow-fat butter
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions

  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1 cuplow-fat milk, 99.7% fat-free

Directions

  • Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Add pumpkin and saute on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups of hot water, salt, and pepper and mix it well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
