Add red chili and curry leaves and add the drained green gram and add to the pan. Add salt and coconut and mix it and cook it till dries and once done, switch off the flame and serve it hot. This dish perfect and delicious for any o festival or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupWhole Green Gram soaked
  • 2-3 tablespoonsFresh Coconut
  • 1Dried red chili
  • 2Green chilies finely chopped
  • 8-10Curry leaves
  • a pinchAsafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoonSplit black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal)
