Add the sugar, coconut milk and 1 cup of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes or till all the water is evaporated and stir continuously. Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupfreshly grated coconut
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupsemolina (rava)
  • 10-12chopped almonds (badam)
  • 10-12raisins (kismis)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspcardamom (elaichi) powder
  • 1/4 cupcrumbled mawa (khoya)

Directions
