Halve the burger buns and heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan and shallow-fry the patties and fry till they are crisp and brown on both the sides. Drain them on absorbent paper. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and place the burger buns and toast them and slice the tomato. Spread 1 tsp red chili sauce on the inner sides of each burger buns, place 2-3 iceberg lettuce leaves on one-half of the bun, place a mushroom patty over it, top with some of the tomato slices and cover with the other half of the bun.
