Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupDried Yellow Peas soaked and drained and boiled
  • OilOil
  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoonGinger finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 mediumTomato chopped
  • 2 teaspoonsRoasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 cupFresh coconut sliced
  • Saltto taste
  • 2Green chilies slit
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder

Directions
