In a deep pan, add 3 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing seeds, curry leaves and fry it nicely. Add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds and now add extracted tamarind juice and chopped tomato. Add turmeric powder and then let it boil for 10 - 12 minutes in a low flame and stir occasionally. Add crushed pepper and pour 2 cups of water, coriander leaves, and salt and mix it and cook it on a low flame 10 -12 min. Serve with hot and steamed rice. Ingredients

  • 1 tbspTamarind
  • 1Tomato
  • 10Black pepper
  • 3Garlic cloves
