Add the onions and saute until soft and golden in color. Add the ginger and garlic pastes, stir it and cook for 5 minutes. Add the lamb cubes and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium flame until the lamb get cooked. Add yogurt and stir it and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cook until the lamb is tender. Sprinkle with garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, mace powder, nutmeg powder and the crushed black pepper and mix it nicely. Ingredients

  • 1 kg, cubedLamb
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 3Bay leaves
  • 10Cloves
  • 5Cinnamon Sticks
  • 8, wholeRed Chilies
  • 10Green Cardamoms
  • 1 cup, chopped, slicedOnions
