Add the chopped hazelnuts and mix it well to make a praline. Pour the prepared mixture on the greased rolling board or butter paper and roll it with greased rolling pin so that to get a thin layer. Once set, crush the praline coarsely with a rolling pin and keep it aside. How to proceed In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate and milk and microwave on high for 30 seconds and remove from the microwave and mix it well until no lumps remain. Strain the mixture using a sieve and keep it aside. Add chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla essence and mix it well. Add sugar and beaten whipped cream and fold it gently. Add the prepared hazelnut praline and fold it gently. Pour equal quantities of the mixture into individual bowls/glasses and put it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or till the mousse sets. Garnish with beaten whipped cream and a chocolate byte and serve it chill. Tips 1. Instead of hazelnuts, you can use an equal proportion of walnuts (akhrot).2. You can also use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.3.
