Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and 4 tbsp of water and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool slightly and then blend it to a smooth paste. Transfer the paste into a deep non-stick pan, add cornflour-milk mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Ingredients

  • 1 cuplow-fat paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
