Slide the potatoes around the circumference of the tawa (griddle) and add the green peas and ginger mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the paneer, salt, chaat masala, green chilies and lemon juice, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupboiled potato cubes
  • 1 1/2 cupsfried paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
  • 5 tbspOil
