Heat oil in a kadhai and add onions and saute till the color changes and then add ginger garlic paste, tomato, all the spice powders, and salt. Fry it nicely and add the chicken pieces and mix it well. Add water and cover the pan with a lid and allow it cook till the chicken get soft. Once the chicken becomes soft and when the mixture is in thick gravy-like consistency, add the boiled pasta and mix it well. Now add tomato ketchup and coriander leaves and mix it well. Serve it with a hot bowl of soup. Note: You can use any type of pasta for this dish. Adjust the water quantity and spice level according to your taste. Vegetarians can add paneer, vegetables or soya instead of chicken. If you want to add the egg to this recipe; scramble it separately and add at last. Ingredients

  • 1 cupMacaroni pasta (you can use any type of pasta)
  • 150 gramsChicken (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspGinger and garlic paste
  • ½ tspRed chili powder
  • ¾ tspCoriander powder
  • ½ tspGaram masala powder
  • ¼ tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 to 3 tspTomato Ketchup (optional)
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 tbspOil

Directions
