Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the green peas, 2 tbsp of water, salt, and turmeric powder, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Meanwhile, place the flattened rice/poha in a sieve and hold it under the running water for a few second and drain out all the excess water from the poha. Add the washed and drained flattened rice/poha, ginger-green chili paste, sugar, lemon juice, milk and a little salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the chopped coriander, mix it well and serve it hot woth any pickle of your choice. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsthick flattened rice (poha)
  • 2 tspoil
