Heat the oil in a big non-stick wok and add chopped garlic and green chilies and saute for few seconds. Add chopped white onions, carrots and bell pepper and stir fry on medium high flame and keep tossing it. Add salt and white pepper powder, mix it well and add boiled chicken, soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce. Mix the chicken with the veggies and keep stirring for few minutes and when the vegetables seem half cooked, then add boiled noodles.
