Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbloaf of bread, (5 cups of bread cubes)
  • 2 Tbspunsalted butter
  • 2 TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 mediumgarlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbspfresh parsley, finely chopped, or 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

Directions
