Knead into a soft dough by using enough warm water and divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle of about 125 mm. (5") diameter with the help of a little whole wheat flour. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and brush a little ghee and fry till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. Serve the hot roti with any pickle of your choice. Notes Besan is rich in fiber, iron, potassium, manganese, copper, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, folate, vitamin B-6, and thiamine. Ingredients
