In a bowl add grated beetroot, chopped coriander leaves, green chili, rock salt, salt, cumin powder, fennel powder and mix it well and keep aside for 5 min for beetroot to release juice and mix with all the flavors. After 5 min, add chilled beaten curd/yogurt and mix it well and adjust salt according to your taste. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve it chill. Notes You can add 1 tsp sugar if you want. Ingredients

  • 1 CupBeaten Curd/Yogurt
  • 3/4 CupGrated Beetroot
  • 1Green Chili
  • 1/4 tspCumin Powder
  • 1/4 tspFennel Powder [optional]
  • 1/2 tspRock Salt/Kala Namak
  • 1 tbspChopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tspSalt (or to taste)

Directions
