Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 30min Ingredients: For The Dough 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta),1/2 tspsalt,1 tbspmelted ghee, For The Stuffing 1 cupgrated cabbage,1/2 cupcrumbled paneer (cottage cheese),2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania),2green chilies, finely chopped,saltto taste,Gheefor frying/li> whole wheatflour (gehun ka atta) for rolling, Instructions: For the dough In a bowl add flour, salt, 1 tbsp ghee and mix it nicely and add enough water to make a soft dough and knead it well for 3 to 4 minutes. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep it aside. For the stuffing In a bowl add cabbage and sprinkle salt over the cabbage and keep it aside for 10 min. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the water from the cabbage and add paneer, coriander, green chilies and salt and mix well. Divide the stuffing into equal portion and keep it aside. How to proceed Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. (3") diameter using whole wheat flour. Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle and bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly. Roll out again into a circle of 125 mm. (5") in diameter by using whole wheat flour. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) by using a little ghee and fry it till both the sides are golden brown in color. Serve it hot with any pickle of your choice. For The Dough

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspmelted ghee
  • For The Stuffing

    • 1 cupgrated cabbage
    • 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
    • 2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
