Once the water starts boiling, add the noodles, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes and stir occasionally. Switch off the flame and drain out all the excess water from the noodles. Pour some cold water over the noodles to stop further cooking and let all the water drain out and ensure that the noodles do not contain any moisture. Put 1 tsp of oil over the noodles and mix it gently and this will prevent the noodles from sticking together and keep it aside for later use. For The Dough

  • 3 cupsBoiled Hakka Noodles
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspChili oil( easily available in the market)
  • 2 tspFinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 2 tbspFinely chopped celery (ajmoda)
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum juliennes
