Add all the mixed vegetables and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, chili powder, lemon juice, coriander and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute and keep it aside. How to proceed Preheat the oven to 200°c (400°f). Divide the topping into equal portions and keep it aside. Spread a little butter on bread slices and place them on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards. For The Masala Topping

  • 1 1/2 tbspoil
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tspgarlic (lehsun) paste
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage , cauliflower, carrot and French beans)
