Add the milk and water to the flour mixture to make it a smooth batter. Keep it mixing it on a low flame to avoid the formation of lumps and switch off the flame and keep it aside. How to proceed In a deep pan boil the pasta in enough water and add a little 1/2 tsp olive oil and salt, so that the pasta does not stick at the bottom of the pan. Once the pasta is cooked remove from the flame, drain under running and keep it aside to cool. Heat olive oil in a pan, add capsicum, corn, broccoli, and mushrooms and fry on a low flame for 2 to 4 minutes. Add the boiled pasta, oregano, basil, chili flakes, and salt and fry for a second. Add the prepared white sauce and mix it well. Transfer the mixture into a microwave baking dish and sprinkle the grated mozzarella all over the pasta.
