Add salt, chopped onion, garam masala powder, nutmeg powder, coriander powder and green chilly. Add finely sliced coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well and knead it to a soft dough and make small balls out of it. Flatten each ball into a cutlet shape and beat egg in a small bowl and in a plate, spread the bread crumbs and keep it aside Now dip the cutlets in beaten egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
