In a deep non-stick pan add oil, add red chilies and fry it nicely and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and also add onion and fry till the onion softens. Add the yogurt-palak mixture, salt, turmeric powder and mix it and cook on medium flame and stir till the gram flour gets cooked and the kadhi thickens. Chop remaining spinach leaves and add to the kadhi and cook on a low flame for few minutes. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.
