Knead the dough well and keep it aside for ½ an hour and knead it again and divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into thin 175 mm (7”) diameter round with the help of a little flour. Heat a non-stick pan and cook each roti till brown spots appear on both the sides and keep it aside. For the stuffing Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the cauliflower and carrots and fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the cabbage, potatoes, coriander, chili powder, and salt and cook for 5 minutes and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside.
