How to proceed In a bowl add apple and lemon juice in a bowl and toss it well and add the pineapple and pomegranate, toss it well and keep it in the refrigerator and also refrigerate the prepared dressing for at least an hour. Just before serving, remove the both the mixture from the refrigerator and add the dressing to the fruit mixture and toss it well. Serve it chill. Fresh Fruit Raita is a perfect blend of fresh fruits and creamy curd. It is an instant and yummy Indian dip. It is a perfect sweet and sour accompaniment with any meal or can be served as a dessert.

Ingredients

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

  • 1 1/2 cupslow-fat curd (dahi) , beaten
  • 1/2 cuplow-fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
  • 1/2 cupchopped mint leaves (phudina)
  • 1 tspblack salt (sanchal)
  • 1/4 tspfinely ground pepper
  • saltto taste
  • Other Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 cupschopped an apple
    • 1 tsplemon juice
    • 1 1/4 cupschopped pineapple
    • 1/2 cuppomegranate

Directions

For the dressing

  • In a bowl add curd, chopped mints leaves, black salt, pepper and salt and mix it nicely and keep it aside.

How to proceed
