Prep Time: Cook time: Ingredients: 1/4 cupsoya flour,1/4 cupfinely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves,8 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun),1 tspsugar,1/2 tspdry yeast / 1 tsp,1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta),saltto taste,1/2 tspoil,whole wheatflour (gehun ka atta) for rolling,1 tspbutter for brushing, Instructions: In a bowl add sugar, dry yeast and 2 tbsp of water and cover with a lid and keep it aside for 10 minutes or till the yeast swells up. In a bowl add the wheat flour, soya flour, yeast-sugar mixture, salt, oil and fenugreek leaves and knead into a soft dough by using enough water and cover the dough with a lid or wet muslin cloth and allow it prove till it increases in volume slightly. ( it will take approx. 20 to 30 minutes). Divide the dough into equal portions and press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and sprinkle 1 tsp of garlic over it and roll out into 125 mm (5")diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook the naan on one side till it puffs slightly and then flip it. Cook it on the other side till it puffs a little and then roast it on an open flame till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. Brush each naan with a tsp of butter and serve it with any side dish of your choice.
