Corn Methi Pulao is a healthy pulao made with corn and fenugreek(methi). This pulao is a one pot nutritious meal with the goodness of fenugreek leaves and corn. You can serve this for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
  • 3/4 cupchopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
  • 1 cuplong grained rice (basmati), washed and drained
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 to 4whole black peppercorns (kalimirch)
  • 1-inchcinnamon (dalchini)
  • 2cloves (laung / lavang)
  • 2cardamoms
  • 1/2 cupsliced onions
  • saltto taste

Directions
