Cover with wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes. For the Stuffing In a bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped chili, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt and mix it nicely. Divide the filling into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Divide the dough into equal portions and roll a portion of the dough into a 250 mm. (7”) diameter thin circle using a little plain flour. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook the roti, using a little ghee, till brown spots appear on both the sides. Ingredients

For The Rotis

  • 1 1/2 cupsplain flour (maida)
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1/2 tspsoda bicarbonate
  • saltto taste
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • plainflour (maida) for rolling
  • gheefor cooking
  • To Be Mixed Into A Filling

    • 2 cupsboiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
    • 2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
    • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
    • 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
    • 1 tspchaat masala
    • 1 tbsplemon juice

Directions
