Add the french beans, carrot and green peas and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add ½ cup of water, mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes and stir occasionally. Add capsicum, chili powder, garam masala, raisins and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and add the cream and immediately switch off the flame and mix it well and cover it with lid. Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupcream
  • 1/2 cupdiagonally cut french beans
  • 1/2 cupdiagonally cut carrot
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 1/2 cupdiagonally cut capsicum
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 10-15roughly broken cashew nuts (kaju)
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 10-12raisins (kismis)
  • saltto taste

Directions
