In a bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt and water and mix them well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. In a pan add oil and add cumin seeds, green chilies, onions and garam masala and fry it nicely. Add the grated egg and the grated cheese, salt, and chopped coriander and mix it well and keep the stuffing aside. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour. Put a portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle and bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly. Roll again into a circle of 175 mm. (7”) diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and place the paratha and brush with butter over it and cook until golden brown spots appear on both the sides of the paratha. Serve it hot with mango pickle. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupEgg(Boiled and grated)
  • 200 gmCheese
  • 2 cupMaida
  • 2 cupWheat Flour
  • 1 cupOnions
  • 4 to 5Green Chili (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala
  • 4 to 5 strandsCoriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoonCumin Seeds
  • 1 cupOil
  • 1 pieceButter
  • Saltto taste
