Tangy Capsicum Noodles Recipe

Capsicum Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese Dish.It is a simple noodle recipe which can be cooked with easily available ingredients at home. It is a tangy combination of noodles and capsicum which loved by all.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupSliced colored capsicum (red, yellow, and green)
  • 2 cupsBoiled Hakka noodles
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspGrated ginger (adrak)
  • 1/4 cupSliced onions
  • SaltTo taste

To Be Mixed Into A Tangy Sauce

  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tspSesame (til) oil
  • 1 tspPowdered sugar
  • 2 tbspFinely chopped coriander (dhania)

For The Boiled Noddles

  • 1 packet (200gms)Hakka noodles
  • 2 tspOil
  • SaltTo taste

For The Garnish

  • 1 tsproasted sesame seeds (til)(in a pan dry roast the sesame seeds and keep it aside)

Directions

For The Boiled Noddles

  • Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add 1 tsp of oil and salt and mix it well and once the water starts boiling, add the noodles, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
