In a deep pan add 5 cups of water and add the soaked rice and cook it for 30 min or till the rice is 90% cooked and drain water from the cooked rice and keep it aside for later use. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped onion. Cook it for a minutes and add 4 tbsp chopped garlic and 2 tbsp chopped ginger and cook it for few seconds. Now add finely chopped french beans, carrot and cabbage, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of white pepper powder and cook it 3-4 minutes. Add 3-4 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce and cook it for 2 minutes on a low flame and add the cooked rice and mix it nicely and add chopped green spring onions, 1/4 tbsp vinegar and red food color (optional).
