Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry on a medium flame for 30 seconds and add the tomatoes, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and stir occasionally and mash it lightly with a back of a spoon. Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the coriander leaves and ¼ cup of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute and stir occasionally. Gently add the egg halves and stir at regular intervals, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with any Indian meal.
