Knead into a stiff dough by using enough water and divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 75 mm. (3”) diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour. Prick the rolled out puri with a fork at regular intervals and arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 20 minutes and turn them on the other side after 10 minutes and bake till they turn crisp. Once done, store in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you want with a cup of tea. Handy tip: To get ½ cup of oats flour, blend ½ cup of quick cooking rolled oats in a blender and blend to a smooth powder.
