Add the ghee and knead it again and cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 min, knead it again, divide the dough into equal portions and keep it aside. For the stuffing In a bowl, add potatoes, green peas, paneer and salt and mix it well and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add the onions and ginger-garlic paste, mix it well and fry till onions turn golden brown in color. Add the potatoes-green peas mixture and mix it well and add chili powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Switch off the flame and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle of 4” diameter and place a portion of the stuffing in the center and bring the edges together at the center and seal it tightly. Roll out again into a circle of 6" diameter and dust a little whole wheat flour.
